1. Veri sorumlusu

Bu politika, nulvanto.com web sitesi, Nulvanto hesapları ve Nulvanto masaüstü uygulaması (“Nulvanto”, “biz”) için geçerlidir. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) kapsamında veri sorumlusu Nulvanto’dur. Her türlü soru ve başvuru için: info@nulvanto.com.

Ödemeler hakkında: Ödemeler doğrudan cüzdanımıza, TRON blok zinciri üzerinden gelir; arada ödeme kuruluşu yoktur. Kart, banka ya da kimlik bilgisi almayız. Blok zinciri kayıtları (gönderen adres, tutar, zaman, işlem kimliği) doğası gereği herkese açıktır ve silinemez; bu bizim kontrolümüzde değildir. Borsadan ödeme yaparsan borsa, işlemi kendi politikasına göre kaydeder.

Bu verileri satmayız, reklam ya da pazarlama için kullanmayız ve profil çıkarmayız. Pazarlama e-postası göndermeyiz.

3. Sunucu erişim kayıtları

Siteyi ziyaret ettiğinde, bir dosya indirdiğinde ya da Nulvanto sunucumuza bağlandığında (güncelleme ve lisans kontrolü), web sunucumuz her istek için standart bir erişim kaydı tutar:

Bu kayıtlar KVKK m. 5/2-f uyarınca meşru menfaatimize dayanır. Erişim kayıtlarındaki IP adreslerini hesabınla eşleştirip ayrıca saklamayız.

4. Nulvanto uygulaması

Cihazında kalan veriler

• Ayarlar ve proxy listesi bilgisayarında %APPDATA%\Nulvanto klasöründe tutulur. Proxy şifreleri Windows DPAPI ile yalnızca senin Windows hesabının çözebileceği şekilde şifrelenir.
• Lisans dosyası (license.json) aynı klasörde durur. İçinde imzalı üyelik bilgin ve şifrelenmiş oturum anahtarın vardır; şifren burada tutulmaz.
• Tarama verileri (çerezler, önbellek, site depolaması) geçici bir klasörde tutulur; Nulvanto kapanınca ya da yeni kimliğe geçtiğinde silinir.
• Kart Radar bulguları yalnızca bellekte tutulur; kart numaraları maskelenir, CVV, şifre ve token değerleri silinir. Hiçbir yere gönderilmez.
• IP itibarı sonuçları proxy kaydının yanında cihazında saklanır.

Bu verilere bizim erişimimiz yoktur. Ziyaret ettiğin siteleri, tarama geçmişini, proxy’lerini ya da Kart Radar bulgularını görmeyiz.

Sunucumuza giden istekler

• Lisans kontrolü: Nulvanto açılışta ve açıkken birkaç saatte bir nulvanto.com’a bağlanıp üyeliğini doğrular. Bu istekte oturum anahtarın, cihaz özetin ve uygulama sürümün gider; giriş yaparken ayrıca e-posta adresin ve şifren. Karşılığında imzalı bir lisans alınır.
• Güncelleme kontrolü: Nulvanto her açılışta nulvanto.com/download/ adresinden sürüm dosyasını ister; yeni sürüm varsa kurulum paketini indirir.

Bu istekler tarama oturumundan ve proxy’den bağımsızdır. Doğrudan bağlantınla gider, bu yüzden sunucumuz gerçek IP adresini görür (3. bölümdeki erişim kaydı). Tarama kimliğinle, ziyaret ettiğin sitelerle ya da proxy’nle ilişkilendirilmez.

Uygulama telemetri, kullanım istatistiği, çökme raporu ya da reklam kimliği göndermez.

Ziyaret ettiğin web siteleri, gördükleri verileri kendi politikalarına göre işler. Nulvanto tarayıcı kaynaklı izleri azaltır ancak sitelerin veri işlemesini kontrol etmez.

6. Çerezler ve yerel depolama

7. Saklama süreleri

• Hesap ve üyelik bilgileri: hesabın açık olduğu sürece. Silme talebinden sonra en geç 30 gün içinde silinir.
• Sipariş ve ödeme kayıtları: vergi ve ticaret mevzuatının öngördüğü süre boyunca (Türkiye’de genellikle 10 yıl). Hesabın silinse de bu kayıtlar, e-posta adresinle ilişkisi kaldırılarak ya da yasal zorunluluk ölçüsünde tutulur.
• Sunucu erişim kayıtları: 10 gün.
• Güvenlik olayları: 90 gün.
• Giriş/kayıt deneme sayacı: 1 gün.
• Destek yazışmaları: talep sonuçlandıktan sonra en fazla 2 yıl.

8. Yurt dışına aktarım

Sunucumuz Hetzner Online GmbH tarafından Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’ndeki bir veri merkezinde barındırılır. Bu nedenle bu politikada anlatılan veriler yurt dışında tutulur. Hesap oluşturup hizmeti kullanarak bu aktarıma açık rıza vermiş olursun (KVKK m. 9). Barındırma sağlayıcısı verileri yalnızca altyapı hizmeti vermek için işler.

9. Hakların

KVKK’nın 11. maddesi uyarınca; kişisel verinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, amacını öğrenme, aktarıldığı kişileri bilme, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme, itiraz etme ve zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsin. Avrupa Birliği’nde yaşıyorsan GDPR kapsamındaki haklar da (erişim, düzeltme, silme, taşınabilirlik, itiraz) geçerlidir.

Başvurunu hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresinden info@nulvanto.com adresine gönderebilirsin. Talebini en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Hesap silme talebinde kalan üyelik süresi sona erer ve iade yapılmaz (bkz. Kullanım Koşulları). Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’na şikâyet hakkın saklıdır.

10. Güvenlik

Site, hesaplar ve indirmeler şifreli bağlantı (HTTPS) üzerinden sunulur. Şifreler bcrypt ile, uygulama oturum anahtarları SHA-256 özeti olarak saklanır. Lisanslar Ed25519 ile imzalanır. Sunucuya erişim anahtar tabanlı kimlik doğrulamayla sınırlıdır. Cüzdanımızın gizli anahtarı sunucuda bulunmaz. Hiçbir sistem kusursuz değildir; bir ihlal fark edersek yasal yükümlülüklerimiz doğrultusunda bildirim yaparız.

11. Çocuklar

Nulvanto 18 yaşın altındaki kişilere yönelik değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamayız.

12. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde sayfanın üstündeki tarihi yeniler, gerektiğinde sitede duyururuz.

In short

• An account only needs your email address and a password. We do not ask for your name, phone, address or ID.
• Payments are made in crypto. We never see or store card or bank details.
• To recognise your computer we store only a one-way hash of its device ID, never the ID itself.
• Your browsing data, the sites you visit and your proxies stay on your computer; they never reach us.
• The app sends no telemetry, usage statistics or crash reports.

1. Data controller

This policy applies to the nulvanto.com website, Nulvanto accounts and the Nulvanto desktop application (“Nulvanto”, “we”). Nulvanto is the data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). About payments: payments reach our wallet directly on the TRON blockchain, with no payment processor in between. We never receive card, bank or identity details. Blockchain records (sender address, amount, time, transaction ID) are by nature public and cannot be deleted; this is outside our control. If you pay from an exchange, the exchange records the transaction under its own policy.

We do not sell this data, use it for advertising or marketing, or build profiles. We do not send marketing emails.

3. Server access logs

When you visit the website, download a file, or when Nulvanto connects to our server (updates and license checks), our web server keeps a standard access log entry for each request:

These logs are based on our legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f, GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). We do not match IP addresses in these logs to your account or store them separately.

4. The Nulvanto app

Data that stays on your device

• Settings and your proxy list are stored on your computer in %APPDATA%\Nulvanto. Proxy passwords are encrypted with Windows DPAPI so that only your Windows account can decrypt them.
• The license file (license.json) is in the same folder. It holds your signed membership details and an encrypted session key; your password is not stored there.
• Browsing data (cookies, cache, site storage) is kept in a temporary folder and deleted when Nulvanto closes or when you switch identity.
• Card Radar findings are kept in memory only; card numbers are masked and CVV, password and token values are removed. Nothing is sent anywhere.
• IP reputation results are stored on your device next to the proxy entry.

We have no access to this data. We never see the sites you visit, your browsing history, your proxies or your Card Radar findings.

Requests to our server

• License check: Nulvanto connects to nulvanto.com at startup and every few hours while open to verify your membership. The request carries your session key, device hash and app version; when you sign in, also your email address and password. A signed license comes back.
• Update check: each time it starts, Nulvanto requests the version file from nulvanto.com/download/ and, if there is a new version, downloads the installer.

These requests are independent of your browsing session and proxy. They use your direct connection, so our server sees your real IP address (the access log in section 3). They are not linked to your browsing identity, the sites you visit or your proxy.

The app does not send telemetry, usage statistics, crash reports or advertising IDs.

The websites you visit process the data they see under their own policies. Nulvanto reduces browser-level traces but does not control how websites process data.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The site loads no third-party resources such as fonts, analytics, ads or social media services.

7. Retention

• Account and membership details: for as long as your account exists; deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
• Order and payment records: for the period required by tax and commercial law (generally 10 years in Türkiye). If your account is deleted, these records are kept de-linked from your email address or only to the extent legally required.
• Server access logs: 10 days.
• Security events: 90 days.
• Login/sign-up attempt counter: 1 day.
• Support emails: up to 2 years after the request is resolved.

8. International transfers

Our server is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in a data center in the United States, so the data described in this policy is stored outside Türkiye and the EU. By creating an account and using the service you give your explicit consent to this transfer (KVKK art. 9). The hosting provider processes the data only to provide infrastructure services.

9. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn its purpose, know who it is shared with, request its correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation for damages. If you live in the European Union, your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) also apply.

Send your request from the email address registered to your account to info@nulvanto.com. We will respond within 30 days. When an account is deleted, any remaining membership time ends and is not refunded (see the Terms of Use). You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or your local data protection authority.

10. Security

The website, accounts and downloads are served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Passwords are stored with bcrypt and app session keys as SHA-256 hashes. Licenses are signed with Ed25519. Server access is limited to key-based authentication. Our wallet’s private key is not on the server. No system is perfect; if we become aware of a breach we will notify as required by law.

11. Children

Nulvanto is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. For significant changes we update the date at the top of this page and announce it on the site where appropriate.
